The MB-100 is designed specifically to mark floating objects on the high seas. Using durable materials and satellite technology, the MB-100 can survive the harshest and most remote of environments. Its unique antenna design permits a hull, which rides low in the water making the buoy less susceptible to theft.
Unlike bolted hulls, the electronics remain sealed during battery replacement. This makes the buoy useful only to the original owner. The MB-100 uses the Argos satellite positioning system for data recovery and geography location. Technocean will be glad to coordinate your Argos use.
